The phone is in good condition and works fine except the SIM is locked to some unknown network, which wasn't supposed to happen based on your website. It's really frustrating since repair options aren't easy with how busy life is. PhoneMart should have a physical shop where unhappy customers can go in and get repairs, refunds, or exchanges sorted.
