When your car battery dies you replace the battery, not the car. Same goes for your tech. PhoneMart started as a repair counter, and our technicians still fix screens, batteries, charging ports and more in our Huddersfield workshop.
Bring your device in or send it to us. We will quote before any work starts, and most repairs are done the same day.

A repair carried out by us does not affect the 24 month warranty on a device you bought from us. A repair carried out elsewhere, or opening the device yourself, can. The details are in our Terms of Sale.
A battery that drains fast or shuts down early, a screen that stops responding, a port that only charges at certain angles, or a device that keeps freezing are all signs. Try a restart and a software update first. If it keeps happening, get in touch.
The idea that you should be able to fix what you own. That means spare parts, tools and repair information being available, and products designed to be repaired rather than replaced. We back it because a repaired device is one fewer thrown away.
