The phone was basically new except for a small scratch near the charging port. Everything else was new. I saved a couple hundred pounds compared to buying new. The package arrived quickly, and there's a 30-day trial period if you don't like it. I'd buy from here again.

I chose a phone in good condition because that was the only one with a new battery option. The phone I received is perfect, but the battery health showed 64 charge cycles. PhoneMart said this was leftover data from the previous battery that did not reset. I am happy with the phone itself; it is brilliant. I wanted an upgrade on my 11pro camera and this is much better.
