This policy explains what cookies and similar technologies are, which ones phonemart.uk uses, why, and how you can control them. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They let the site recognise your device, remember choices and measure how the site is used. We also use similar technologies, local storage, pixels and SDKs, which this policy treats in the same way.
Cookies may be first-party (set by phonemart.uk) or third-party (set by another organisation whose service we use). They may be session cookies (deleted when you close the browser) or persistent (kept until they expire or you delete them).
2. Your choices
When you first visit the Site you'll see a cookie banner. Essential cookies are always on because the Site cannot work without them. All other categories are off until you choose to enable them. You can change your choices at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer. Your choice is stored for 6 months, after which we ask again.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies will stop checkout and account sign-in from working.

These providers act as independent controllers for data collected by their tags and may combine it with data from other sites. Their privacy policies explain how to opt out at the provider level.
4. Other technologies
Email tracking pixels. Our marketing emails contain a small image that tells us whether the email was opened and links were clicked. Blocking images in your email client prevents this.
Mobile apps. If we release a PhoneMart app, it will use equivalent SDKs subject to the same categories and controls, managed in the app's settings.
5. Changes
We update this policy when the cookies we use change. The date at the top shows the current version.
