It came with a brand new charging cable and a tool to open the SIM card tray. The purchase was easy, delivery was on track with online tracking. It came in a box small enough to fit through my letterbox so I got it while I was out. It was well packed with plenty of bubble wrap. The battery needs topping up but at £125 I'm happy with that. Hopefully I won't need another phone soon but I'll come back here if I do.
