First of all the screen has more scratches than you would expect. Secondly, I contacted the seller as often people can't hear me when I call but he didn't even bother to contact me back. I would not recommend this to anyone. I knew the phone wouldn't be new but it was advertised as working fine and since I have it I constantly have problems with it. Very disappointing service.
