The phone is excellent and looks like new. I wonder why someone bought it new and then did not want it, maybe there was a problem? Just my suspicion. I've had it less than a week and am still getting used to it. I had some trouble downloading a couple of apps but that is sorted now. Also, I have had issues sending and receiving texts; time will tell on that. I bought this Xperia 10-11 because I am a Sony fan; my last was a compact Z5 which I loved but they no longer make smaller phones. The Z5 lasted me 10 years with one battery change, so if this one lasts as well I will be happy. PhoneMart gave great service.
