The PhoneMart Promise

Based on up to 100-points of inspection

We measure each battery's health and capacity against strict standards, and replace any that don't make the grade, so you get power you can rely on all day.
The display is switched on and looked over closely for any blemishes, so there are no marks, dust spots or discolouration to spoil the view.
Where a charger is included, the cord and connectors are checked for wear, and the plug is confirmed to fit sockets.
Before it ships, every device gets a thorough professional clean and polish so it feels fresh in your hands.
Every lens is put to work, so we can confirm sharp photos, smooth video and reliable performance on video calls.
A full factory reset wipes the device clean, securely erasing all previous data and restoring the original settings.
We confirm the network status up front, so you know exactly whether the device is locked or unlocked before it arrives.
Cards are inserted to make sure the device reads SIM and memory cards correctly, and that every tray and slot works smoothly.
Each button is pressed to check it responds straight away and does exactly what it should, from volume to lock to power.
If any parts are fitted during refurbishment, they are tested for compatibility and held to the same standards as the originals.
We run the IMEI to confirm it is clean and never blacklisted, and that the device details match the manufacturer's records.
The moisture indicator inside the device is inspected to rule out any history of water or liquid damage.
Every port, including the headphone, USB and Ethernet connections, is checked to make sure it connects and works reliably.
Face and fingerprint unlock, along with any voice recognition, are tested to make sure they work quickly and accurately.
Positioning is checked for accurate GPS, so maps and location apps behave exactly as they should.
External sensors, such as proximity, brightness, laser measurement and heart rate, are checked for precise and responsive readings.
Screws, casing, frames and other mechanical parts are examined to confirm they are original or quality replacements, and any replacement has to match or beat industry standards.
We confirm that Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connect quickly and hold a stable signal.
Speakers and microphones are inspected and fine tuned so audio records and plays back clearly.
The flash and every indicator light are tested to confirm they light up and work correctly.
Any features that are specific to your device are checked against the same standards, so nothing gets missed.

This is my second phone from PhoneMart. I needed another because I accidentally dropped the first one. The OnePlus 9 I got is in good shape. The battery could be better because I have to charge it often, but everything else is perfect.

The phone is great with no scratches or marks but I had to update the system to stop it overheating. All apps work well and transferring from my old phone was simple. Delivery and packaging were basic but adequate. Overall, very pleased and I would recommend it.

I bought my OnePlus 9 described as "fair". It arrived very quickly, even one or two days earlier than expected. Though it was called "fair", the phone looks almost new except for two tiny, barely noticeable scratches on the screen. It runs smoothly and fast, a big change from my old iPhone 6. The battery is good too. A great purchase, thanks to the PhoneMart team.
