The Fair condition was fine for me, just a tiny half-inch horizontal scratch on the screen that's hardly noticeable and does not affect how it works. It's also my first OnePlus and it runs all my apps fine. The only thing I don't like is the red number one(s) on the digital clock and that you can't switch that off. All in all, it's pretty good.
