The phone is in excellent condition, even though it was only described as 'fair'. I have always liked Nokia for their design and durability and chose this model because I wanted a smaller screen. My only small disappointment is that it does not have a built-in FM radio like I thought it would. That means I have to use apps like Sounds and rely on network coverage. The seller provided prompt service.
