The PhoneMart Promise

Based on up to 100-points of inspection

We measure each battery's health and capacity against strict standards, and replace any that don't make the grade, so you get power you can rely on all day.
The display is switched on and looked over closely for any blemishes, so there are no marks, dust spots or discolouration to spoil the view.
Where a charger is included, the cord and connectors are checked for wear, and the plug is confirmed to fit sockets.
Before it ships, every device gets a thorough professional clean and polish so it feels fresh in your hands.
Every lens is put to work, so we can confirm sharp photos, smooth video and reliable performance on video calls.
A full factory reset wipes the device clean, securely erasing all previous data and restoring the original settings.
Each button is pressed to check it responds straight away and does exactly what it should, from volume to lock to power.
If any parts are fitted during refurbishment, they are tested for compatibility and held to the same standards as the originals.
The moisture indicator inside the device is inspected to rule out any history of water or liquid damage.
Every port, including the headphone, USB and Ethernet connections, is checked to make sure it connects and works reliably.
Face and fingerprint unlock, along with any voice recognition, are tested to make sure they work quickly and accurately.
Positioning is checked for accurate GPS, so maps and location apps behave exactly as they should.
External sensors, such as proximity, brightness, laser measurement and heart rate, are checked for precise and responsive readings.
Screws, casing, frames and other mechanical parts are examined to confirm they are original or quality replacements, and any replacement has to match or beat industry standards.
We confirm that Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connect quickly and hold a stable signal.
Speakers and microphones are inspected and fine tuned so audio records and plays back clearly.
The flash and every indicator light are tested to confirm they light up and work correctly.
Any features that are specific to your device are checked against the same standards, so nothing gets missed.
The keyboard and trackpad are tested key by key and across the whole surface, so typing, clicking and gestures all respond accurately. Any backlighting is checked too.
The cooling fans and air vents are cleaned and inspected, so the device stays quiet and runs at a safe temperature even under heavy use.
Internal components such as the hard drive, SSD and graphics card are checked to confirm every part is present, secure and fully working.

Shipping was excellent and the phone was in great condition. If this is "good" condition, then better ones must still have the original plastic because this phone barely had a scratch.

I ordered a Lenovo T480 but got a T480s instead. At first I was unsure, but it turned out to be a nice upgrade so I'm happy overall. The laptop arrived in very good condition and works perfectly with no problems so far. The T480s is lighter and feels a bit more premium than the one I ordered, so I think I ended up better off. Customer service was good, and the initial mix-up was sorted out without much trouble, which I appreciate. Even though it wasn't exactly what I ordered, I'm pleased with how it worked out and like the machine.

I've been using the laptop for 20 days and so far it has been great. It arrived in perfect condition and all parts work as expected. I was also surprised by the battery life, which lasts for hours even when I'm programming.

Very happy with it. It was well packed and sent out quickly. It looks unused. The keyboard is US English, but since I'll mostly use an external keyboard that's fine.

The laptop was exactly as described and works great. I was able to set it up the way I wanted (for Windows users: just update your drivers and Lenovo updates and it runs smoothly). I installed Linux and am really enjoying it. Great Thinkpad, five stars. Delivery was very fast too.

I had some difficult driver issues with the Intel graphics and the dedicated GPU, but after some effort I fixed them. The drivers on the device were out of date, but after about 12 hours of work I got it working. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a good laptop and can spend some time to get it working properly.
