This is a Windows laptop so I am glad it works, but the condition was not described well. It shows signs of heavy use with many scuffs on the case, the buttons feel worn, and it looks dirty overall. It was listed as "good" but I don't agree with that, not even "fair." The device has been used more than average and I would say it's below average condition. It hadn't even been cleaned. The £3.50 quality assurance fee seems pointless when they could just wipe it down. Usually my PhoneMart purchases go well but this time was disappointing. They need to improve.
