The PhoneMart Promise

Based on up to 100-points of inspection

We measure each battery's health and capacity against strict standards, and replace any that don't make the grade, so you get power you can rely on all day.
The display is switched on and looked over closely for any blemishes, so there are no marks, dust spots or discolouration to spoil the view.
Where a charger is included, the cord and connectors are checked for wear, and the plug is confirmed to fit sockets.
Before it ships, every device gets a thorough professional clean and polish so it feels fresh in your hands.
Every lens is put to work, so we can confirm sharp photos, smooth video and reliable performance on video calls.
A full factory reset wipes the device clean, securely erasing all previous data and restoring the original settings.
Each button is pressed to check it responds straight away and does exactly what it should, from volume to lock to power.
If any parts are fitted during refurbishment, they are tested for compatibility and held to the same standards as the originals.
The moisture indicator inside the device is inspected to rule out any history of water or liquid damage.
Every port, including the headphone, USB and Ethernet connections, is checked to make sure it connects and works reliably.
Face and fingerprint unlock, along with any voice recognition, are tested to make sure they work quickly and accurately.
Positioning is checked for accurate GPS, so maps and location apps behave exactly as they should.
External sensors, such as proximity, brightness, laser measurement and heart rate, are checked for precise and responsive readings.
Screws, casing, frames and other mechanical parts are examined to confirm they are original or quality replacements, and any replacement has to match or beat industry standards.
We confirm that Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connect quickly and hold a stable signal.
Speakers and microphones are inspected and fine tuned so audio records and plays back clearly.
The flash and every indicator light are tested to confirm they light up and work correctly.
Any features that are specific to your device are checked against the same standards, so nothing gets missed.
The keyboard and trackpad are tested key by key and across the whole surface, so typing, clicking and gestures all respond accurately. Any backlighting is checked too.
The cooling fans and air vents are cleaned and inspected, so the device stays quiet and runs at a safe temperature even under heavy use.
Internal components such as the hard drive, SSD and graphics card are checked to confirm every part is present, secure and fully working.

The product was better than I thought it would be. It's in very good condition and I think it was worth the price I paid. It arrived on time and setting it up was easy for me to explore (I'm in my mid seventies). It even runs Win 11 Pro. I'll definitely shop with PhoneMart again.

When I got this laptop it was dirty all over and around the keyboard. A label was missing from the bottom but the sticky glue was still there and dirty. There were deep scratches around the logo and on the top case. The sound wasn't working at all. I paid extra for an excellent quality laptop but this did not feel like it. I am waiting for my refund.

The device works but arrived with minor damage: the cover for the Ethernet port was broken. By the time we noticed, we had already spent a lot of time installing software and files, so returning it wasn't an option. We hoped to get a spare part to fix the Ethernet connection, but your agent couldn't help and said our one-year warranty would be void if we didn't return the item.

The laptop is in good condition with fair specs for the price. I had some hardware and software issues, mainly caused by Windows 11 updates. Those problems are now fixed and the laptop runs smoothly.
