When I got this laptop it was dirty all over and around the keyboard. A label was missing from the bottom but the sticky glue was still there and dirty. There were deep scratches around the logo and on the top case. The sound wasn't working at all. I paid extra for an excellent quality laptop but this did not feel like it.
