I got this phone for my mum but the microphone has a problem because it's hard to hear the other person. My mum hears fine and my sister also noticed the same issue with the sound or mic. The volume is turned all the way up but you have to put the phone very close to your ear to hear anything. This is very frustrating, especially when she needs to call the doctor or pharmacy often. Please tell me how to fix this. Thanks.
