I ordered a laptop that arrived damaged. I was told to return it and I did so within 14 days, providing photos as requested. The vendor said it was damaged beyond repair and because I hadn't taken insurance, I couldn't get a refund. This is ridiculous since the advert said it was in excellent condition and I could get a refund if I returned it within 30 days. This product was misrepresented and it feels like you took my money unfairly. This first experience has left me very disappointed. Also, the keyboard was in a foreign language and not QWERTY, with the Z and Y keys swapped. I'm very unhappy.
