I was nervous about buying a refurbished phone online because you can't see or touch it first, but that worry went away when the phone arrived. It was delivered quickly and as a Google user, setup was easy. The body, screen, and speed of operation feel like new. I'm impressed and will buy refurbished again when this one needs replacing. Two small points: 1. The packaging wasn't great. The box was only slightly bigger than the phone, which was wrapped in bubble wrap that wasn't taped. There was no extra padding to protect it during shipping, but luckily it wasn't damaged. 2. It would be helpful to have the option at checkout to buy a SIM ejector tool for a small fee. I had to find an old one to swap my SIM. Not a big issue but could be useful.
