I gave it 4 out of 5 because 3 seemed too harsh, though there were some problems. Initial setup went well, but the next day the laptop wouldn't boot due to a BIOS issue. After several restarts, it was the same. I fixed it by reinstalling Windows and haven't had problems since. Now every day when I start the laptop I get a Low Battery warning and it shuts down even though the battery has plenty of charge. This morning it happened again, but when I plugged it in the battery showed 94%. Once unplugged it works fine. I'm worried this battery problem will get worse soon and I won't have much protection left.

Very bad experience. The laptop arrived with a broken keyboard, which was an obvious problem. I had to return it on the same day. When it came back, it was broken again; this time the fingerprint and camera recognition didn't work, even though they worked before. I've been without a laptop for weeks and had a big delay in my work because of problems that should have been fixed at the start. Customer service was also disappointing and unhelpful.
