The PhoneMart Promise

Based on up to 100-points of inspection

We measure each battery's health and capacity against strict standards, and replace any that don't make the grade, so you get power you can rely on all day.
The display is switched on and looked over closely for any blemishes, so there are no marks, dust spots or discolouration to spoil the view.
Where a charger is included, the cord and connectors are checked for wear, and the plug is confirmed to fit sockets.
Before it ships, every device gets a thorough professional clean and polish so it feels fresh in your hands.
Every lens is put to work, so we can confirm sharp photos, smooth video and reliable performance on video calls.
A full factory reset wipes the device clean, securely erasing all previous data and restoring the original settings.
Each button is pressed to check it responds straight away and does exactly what it should, from volume to lock to power.
If any parts are fitted during refurbishment, they are tested for compatibility and held to the same standards as the originals.
The moisture indicator inside the device is inspected to rule out any history of water or liquid damage.
Every port, including the headphone, USB and Ethernet connections, is checked to make sure it connects and works reliably.
Face and fingerprint unlock, along with any voice recognition, are tested to make sure they work quickly and accurately.
Positioning is checked for accurate GPS, so maps and location apps behave exactly as they should.
External sensors, such as proximity, brightness, laser measurement and heart rate, are checked for precise and responsive readings.
Screws, casing, frames and other mechanical parts are examined to confirm they are original or quality replacements, and any replacement has to match or beat industry standards.
We confirm that Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connect quickly and hold a stable signal.
Speakers and microphones are inspected and fine tuned so audio records and plays back clearly.
The flash and every indicator light are tested to confirm they light up and work correctly.
Any features that are specific to your device are checked against the same standards, so nothing gets missed.
The keyboard and trackpad are tested key by key and across the whole surface, so typing, clicking and gestures all respond accurately. Any backlighting is checked too.
The cooling fans and air vents are cleaned and inspected, so the device stays quiet and runs at a safe temperature even under heavy use.
Internal components such as the hard drive, SSD and graphics card are checked to confirm every part is present, secure and fully working.

I love my Dell Chromebook. I found it easy to pick the right one. I was deciding between this and another model and I think I made the right choice. Setup was simple, just scanned a QR code and it connected to everything from my phone instantly. It charges quickly and the battery lasts a long time. I mainly use it for work, emails and bookkeeping. The touchscreen is great too. There are a few small marks on the charger and outside, but that doesn't bother me. Ordering was easy; I ordered late one evening and it arrived two days later. I would recommend it.

I got a Dell Chromebook that arrived quickly and works well. The specs matched what was listed (the 32GB storage was important to me, since another seller sent one with only 16GB, but PhoneMart arranged a refund) and the battery life is decent, lasting about 6 hours. Orion seems like a reliable seller and I'd buy from them again.

The laptop is in very good condition and I'm very pleased with it. The only minor issue is that Chrome OS doesn't work well with my printer but I can work around that. Overall, a good experience with PhoneMart.

I am satisfied with PhoneMart and their team. The item is good for the price but it was advertised as excellent and it isn't. There is a vinyl sticker cut out on the top, bottom, and around the keyboard.

PhoneMart's customer service deserves 5 stars. I got the wrong model from the seller; whether it was a mistake or trying to pass off a lower model I don't know. But their return process was very smooth and easy. They quickly gave me three options to fix it. I chose to return the Chromebooks for a full refund, which I got soon after the seller received them. They also gave me a 5% discount code for future use. There was no arguing or avoiding responsibility. Even though I didn't get the product I ordered, the experience was positive thanks to PhoneMart.
