The item was slightly damaged in delivery and since it was a birthday present for my son, we contacted the seller but got no response for a while despite several attempts. By the time they replied, his birthday had passed and we had to give it to him as it was. The Chromebook did not charge properly and after three days it stopped charging completely. It was supposed to be in excellent condition, but it clearly was not. There were also covers stuck on the top and bottom, so I suspect the actual condition underneath is worse. On the plus side, it was delivered quickly. I have bought a phone from PhoneMart before for my older son and that one was exactly as described and worked well, which is why I tried again.
