I bought the phone listed in excellent condition but it still had the previous owner's data on it and came in the original box instead of one from PhoneMart. The charger was not new or original and the phone wouldn't charge with it. Even using another charger it barely charged past 11% in five hours. This is my second bad experience here; last time an iPhone 14 Pro Max I bought lost 7% battery health in three months and they said that's normal, which is not true since I took great care of charging it. Some iPhones lose that much battery health over one or two years, not months.
