The phone itself has been good and pretty much as described. No marks on the front or back but there were more scratches around the edges than I expected. I got a case so that fixes it. Coming from a Samsung S8, I realize how good their UI is. Not that the Sony is bad, just some things I was used to are missing. Maybe I need more time with this phone. The audio and screen are excellent. If it doesn't work out, I know I can return it within 30 days, which is why I bought from here, along with the 12-month warranty. So far, so good. Yes, I would recommend PhoneMart.

Delivery was good but the packaging was a bit poor; the parcel rattled when moved. Fortunately, the bubble wrap protected it. When I first turned it on, O2 appeared and I worried it wasn't unlocked, but it was. O2 still pops up occasionally but after deleting their stuff, all is fine. The phone is in excellent condition now, protected with a screen protector and gel case. It took some time to get the layout how I wanted, coming from an Xperia XZ Premium, but I'm nearly there. So far, the picture quality is excellent, the camera looks great, and there's plenty of storage for apps used only occasionally. Thanks PhoneMart, I'll be back.
