Great price and the phone is in excellent shape, I don't know why it was only marked as 'good.' It feels like a new phone and was fully reset as expected. Came with a clean charger and the battery is great. I did find a couple of odd issues: some apps don't work because the phone was rooted, which I didn't know before buying, and some websites won't load because of a clock error even though the time's correct. I haven't fixed that yet but it's not a big deal since those sites aren't important to me. I haven't contacted PhoneMart about it but it's not like they refused help. Still, I'd recommend this; the price was really good for a solid product. My kid has the same model about 1.5 years old, and this one looks and works just like when it was new.
