One reason I chose to pay more at PhoneMart than other places, besides the obvious ethical and environmental points, was the long checklist of things they said were tested. It made me feel better that they checked small stuff like the volume buttons, things many others wouldn't look at. I trusted I'd only have to buy once and be done with it. But the microphone on my phone doesn't work, which is a pretty important feature. Also, a plastic piece at the top of the phone's case was broken when I got it. After I reported this, I was mostly left to handle things with the seller myself. There's no option to swap for the same model, so I have to spend more time hunting for another phone. I won't buy through PhoneMart again and I'll warn friends to stay away. Really disappointed.
