My device arrived early but my excitement didn't last. Usually "good" condition looks pretty good so I expected that, but this one looked clearly used outside. It took hours to charge and setting it up was frustrating. The normal click function didn't work and figuring out the keyboard was stressful. My dream of owning a MacBook ended here. The battery went to zero as soon as I unplugged it. Support was good even though it was the holidays. I give one star for support.

The product was faulty with a bad battery that lasted under 2 hours even fully charged. I reported it to the seller but they kept blaming me for using it. Who buys a phone just to not use it? Ridiculous. Initial contact was fine but after I asked for a refund they stopped responding properly and their replies were dismissive. Instead of refunding, they wanted to send the unwanted phone back to me twice. I complained to PhoneMart and their communication was better. They said I would get a full refund after I returned the phone to the seller, which I did quickly. But once the seller got it, they sent it back to me again and I refused to accept it from the courier.
