The phone works fine and has no scratches. The box is basic and the packaging is okay. Because of the phones RAM, it might be better suited for older people who just need calls and texts. I only bought it to keep my roaming SIM active and it was the cheapest option to fit a nanosim. If you want to use lots of apps, you should probably choose something else.
