The phone is pretty good and cheap for what you get, but two things bother me. It has a bright charging light on a button that can't be turned off, so I cover it with a jumper at night or it keeps me awake. Also, when the volume is very low, the sound quality is poor and choppy with in-ear headphones. Louder is fine but I usually listen quietly. I'm not sure if I'll keep it because of this. The PhoneMart site and service were good though, and it's nice to buy a refurbished phone.
