I couldn't track my order at first because the courier details given were wrong, although the Tracking ID was correct. I only found out who was delivering it four days after the phone was supposed to arrive. I got in touch with PhoneMart and got a reply within a few hours from a guy called Gizem. He was quick to contact the seller and kept me regularly updated on what was happening. I really appreciate his help. From the start, he seemed genuinely concerned and that showed through the next few days of messages. Big thanks to him. As for the phone, I had a minor technical issue that was quickly sorted.
