The PhoneMart Promise

Based on up to 100-points of inspection

We measure each battery's health and capacity against strict standards, and replace any that don't make the grade, so you get power you can rely on all day.
The display is switched on and looked over closely for any blemishes, so there are no marks, dust spots or discolouration to spoil the view.
Where a charger is included, the cord and connectors are checked for wear, and the plug is confirmed to fit sockets.
Before it ships, every device gets a thorough professional clean and polish so it feels fresh in your hands.
Every lens is put to work, so we can confirm sharp photos, smooth video and reliable performance on video calls.
A full factory reset wipes the device clean, securely erasing all previous data and restoring the original settings.
Each button is pressed to check it responds straight away and does exactly what it should, from volume to lock to power.
If any parts are fitted during refurbishment, they are tested for compatibility and held to the same standards as the originals.
The moisture indicator inside the device is inspected to rule out any history of water or liquid damage.
Every port, including the headphone, USB and Ethernet connections, is checked to make sure it connects and works reliably.
Face and fingerprint unlock, along with any voice recognition, are tested to make sure they work quickly and accurately.
Positioning is checked for accurate GPS, so maps and location apps behave exactly as they should.
External sensors, such as proximity, brightness, laser measurement and heart rate, are checked for precise and responsive readings.
Screws, casing, frames and other mechanical parts are examined to confirm they are original or quality replacements, and any replacement has to match or beat industry standards.
We confirm that Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connect quickly and hold a stable signal.
Speakers and microphones are inspected and fine tuned so audio records and plays back clearly.
The flash and every indicator light are tested to confirm they light up and work correctly.
Any features that are specific to your device are checked against the same standards, so nothing gets missed.
The keyboard and trackpad are tested key by key and across the whole surface, so typing, clicking and gestures all respond accurately. Any backlighting is checked too.
The cooling fans and air vents are cleaned and inspected, so the device stays quiet and runs at a safe temperature even under heavy use.
Internal components such as the hard drive, SSD and graphics card are checked to confirm every part is present, secure and fully working.

Better than expected for the price. There is a tiny dent on the bottom edge but I thought there would be scratches. Very pleased with how well it's kept, charger included.

I ordered three items and all of them matched the description perfectly and worked well. What really stood out was the cost and value. If someone asked me if buying from PhoneMart was a wise and safe choice, I would say yes, and I rarely say that about companies. Thanks for sticking to your promises. (I'm not affiliated, just an old retired man, sorry 🤷🏻‍♂️).

I couldn't be happier. The phone was in much better shape than I expected, everything works well, and I'm very pleased with both the product and the service.

The laptop looks almost perfect for a "Fair" grade. The screen itself has no visible flaws. The American keyboard was a bit annoying, but I adapted. Windows worked fine but I replaced it with Debian KDE and everything, including drivers and hardware, works flawlessly. It was packed securely, which I appreciated, but it came with a MacBook setup guide by mistake. That didn't affect the laptop's quality or performance.

Delivery was quick after I changed the DPD pickup point. The laptop looks good overall, though most surfaces have overlays from refurbishment, and some are noticeable at the corners. The worst part is the keyboard keys also have overlays, which dims the backlight a lot. This used to be a good feature on this laptop model, and since I often use it at night, this was disappointing and cost the rating. Functionally, it works perfectly and transferring data from my old computer was smooth. Battery life isn't perfect, about 6 hours compared to 13 hours new, but that's expected for refurbished products and I mostly use it plugged in. So a solid four stars, mainly because of the keyboard lighting.

This was my first time buying a refurbished device. Unfortunately, it needed repairs soon after arrival, so I cannot speak to the quality yet. The service was great though; the staff handled the return quickly and kept me updated.
