The PhoneMart Promise

Based on up to 100-points of inspection

We measure each battery's health and capacity against strict standards, and replace any that don't make the grade, so you get power you can rely on all day.
The display is switched on and looked over closely for any blemishes, so there are no marks, dust spots or discolouration to spoil the view.
Where a charger is included, the cord and connectors are checked for wear, and the plug is confirmed to fit sockets.
Before it ships, every device gets a thorough professional clean and polish so it feels fresh in your hands.
Every lens is put to work, so we can confirm sharp photos, smooth video and reliable performance on video calls.
A full factory reset wipes the device clean, securely erasing all previous data and restoring the original settings.
We confirm the network status up front, so you know exactly whether the device is locked or unlocked before it arrives.
Cards are inserted to make sure the device reads SIM and memory cards correctly, and that every tray and slot works smoothly.
Each button is pressed to check it responds straight away and does exactly what it should, from volume to lock to power.
If any parts are fitted during refurbishment, they are tested for compatibility and held to the same standards as the originals.
We run the IMEI to confirm it is clean and never blacklisted, and that the device details match the manufacturer's records.
The moisture indicator inside the device is inspected to rule out any history of water or liquid damage.
Every port, including the headphone, USB and Ethernet connections, is checked to make sure it connects and works reliably.
Face and fingerprint unlock, along with any voice recognition, are tested to make sure they work quickly and accurately.
Positioning is checked for accurate GPS, so maps and location apps behave exactly as they should.
External sensors, such as proximity, brightness, laser measurement and heart rate, are checked for precise and responsive readings.
Screws, casing, frames and other mechanical parts are examined to confirm they are original or quality replacements, and any replacement has to match or beat industry standards.
We confirm that Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connect quickly and hold a stable signal.
Speakers and microphones are inspected and fine tuned so audio records and plays back clearly.
The flash and every indicator light are tested to confirm they light up and work correctly.
Any features that are specific to your device are checked against the same standards, so nothing gets missed.

I purchased an iPhone 13 Pro 256GB from PhoneMart and it is in excellent condition. There are no scratches or marks, and the battery capacity is 88%. I am very pleased with the quality and experience.

I chose a Fair Condition iPhone 13 Pro to replace my old phone that was failing. When it arrived I thought it was actually Good Condition. There were tiny scuffs on the screen only visible at certain angles which went away after applying a screen protector. The sides had a few very small chips and the back was unmarked. Battery health was 86% and it lasts a day and a half with normal use. I won't buy new phones again while PhoneMart is still trading.

I bought this phone in good condition and it arrived looking brand new. It was packed well and the delivery was good. The price was reasonable too. The child I bought it for was really happy for their birthday. This is my first time buying a refurbished phone online and I'm very pleased with it. I recommend it to anyone.

Excellent experience again! The phone showed up basically brand new the day after I ordered it. This is my third purchase from PhoneMart, after buying a MacBook Pro and now two iPhones. Everything has gone smoothly and I've gotten great devices for way less than new. If you're unsure about buying refurbished, I get it, but with these guys you can trust the process. Five stars.

I received my used iPhone 13 Pro in less than 24 hours. It showed an error message, but the PhoneMart team explained what it meant and said it wouldn't always appear. This is my second time buying refurbished from PhoneMart, and I will definitely buy again because the service is excellent.

I ordered an iPhone 13 Pro in fair condition and I'm completely happy with it. The screen is perfect with no scratches. The body has some small signs of wear but they are barely visible with a case. Battery is 87%, which is fine for the price. Everything works well and it's much better than my old iPhone X with a broken screen.
