My order came yesterday. The DPD driver went to the neighbour's by mistake and got no answer, even though they have a video doorbell. So he dropped the parcel over their 8ft security gate into their side and back garden. That's an 8ft drop onto concrete. It's unbelievable. When the neighbours returned, they brought it to me. I filmed myself opening it. I was very disappointed with the packing. I can't risk spending nearly £300 on something that might fail soon and then have to return it, leaving me without a phone. Or worse, it breaks after 13 months. So I have decided to return it and ask you to arrange for DPD to pick it up. Please send me a pre-paid return label. I will pack the phone properly this time, like it should have been sent to me. I have a video if you want to see it.
