The phone's battery was completely dead. Two sims were still in the tray. Refurbished? No way. The 1.5A cable didn't really fit the phone. One front pentalobe screw just kept spinning. Besides offering £10 towards a new battery, the company wasn't very responsive. Smart Fleet Ltd should be avoided. Poor and sloppy service. PhoneMart 'certified' seller? What a joke.

After ordering, the courier said the item had been collected, but then I was told delivery would be delayed. I waited two days past the delivery date and then contacted the reseller. The explanation was that the order "was not a good product, and since it was refurbished it would not have lasted with me." That is hard to understand. I was told I would get a refund and PhoneMart confirmed it the next day. They also gave me 5% off on my next purchase. The issue was settled quickly and amicably, so 5 stars for PhoneMart. However, I cannot understand how a refurbisher can refurbish a product so it would not last, and ethically how they can still have the item up for sale. Something funny is going on here. My guess is this company is not a refurbisher but just a reseller. From PhoneMart's comments section, I reckon there are quite a few like that out there.
