The laptop looks pretty good on the outside but I would not call it excellent because the keyboard keys show some wear. The bigger problem is it restarts sometimes and after two weeks it failed to boot. I had to install Windows on a USB to use it, which was a hassle and left me without a laptop for a couple of days. The touchscreen works well and it is light and portable. It runs many tabs better than my old Chromebook but for the price and the 'excellent' label, I expected more.
