First, the courier lied about the delivery, saying I had signed for it when I did not. They left no note saying where they put the package, so I was left confused even though the email said it was delivered and signed for. I checked my security cameras to see what happened. The delivery person threw it behind my dustbins, and I know it was thrown because the gate is locked and of how it was placed. Why do delivery people lie about signatures, not leave notes, and throw packages like this? It's disgusting. The box was wet and water got inside because the delivery company did not put it in a plastic bag. I used to work for a delivery company and we always put items in sealed plastic bags if left outside. This did not happen here. The box was soaked and the phone was damp. After 7 days, the phone stopped connecting to the network. Did you lock my phone after I asked what was going on?
