I ordered an A12s phone because it was listed as better and faster than the regular A12. The phone arrived fine and was packed okay. But when I turned it on and checked the About phone section, it was just an A12. I double checked the size and weight specs and it definitely wasn't what I ordered. There's no way to contact the seller to ask for a refund or a deal, and the only option is to return it by second-class mail. I'm not happy as this was my first purchase using this system.
