Quality is spotless! I ordered this Mac and the first one I got wasn't up to the expected condition, but I was able to exchange it easily and got a new Mac the next day, which was excellent. The exchange process was simple and customer service responded quickly. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH MY NEW IMAC. Just a note, you don't get the compatible iMac keyboard and mouse with it. I bought those separately from Apple and connected them without any issues. 10/10 would buy from PhoneMart again.
